This process leverages the properties of materials at extremely low temperatures to store and release energy efficiently.

    The core component is a cryogenic storage tank that holds the liquefied gas, typically liquid air or liquid nitrogen. These tanks are highly insulated to maintain the low temperatures required to keep the gas in liquid form.
